1.1 Acceptance and Binding Agreement

3.3 KYC Verification

24bdb may request specific documents at any time to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC). Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Required documents may include a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of address.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

24bdb currently supports financial transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• No additional charges apply to transactions (excluding any fees charged by the payment provider).
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals take between 10 and 45 minutes to process. Withdrawal requests will be processed using the same method that was used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 24bdb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion and cryptocurrency transactions are not currently supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. After receiving this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the combined bonus and deposit amount must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• The bonus will be added to the wallet along with the original deposit amount.
• Wagering requirement: 15x (bonus + deposit).
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per member per household or address.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

The 24bdb VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers based on the volume and consistency of their activity. Cashback is credited to the wallet at a set time each week.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonus benefits, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the system are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, 24bdb reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings, and permanently close the account.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 24bdb platform:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

6.2 Fair Play and Encryption

24bdb uses SSL encryption and secure technology across all games and transactions. Our game service providers undergo independent quality testing to ensure fair outcomes. Each game result is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
